Terms and Conditions 

To book an IT training session, a booking form must be signed and returned to ABC Dee Training for acceptance, thereafter a confirmation for the booking will be returned by ABC Dee Training. This is written confirmation from ABC Dee Training to the client stating the course date(s), course location, course title, course prerequisites and course fees.

Payment

All IT training sessions will be invoiced before the training date and must be paid in full prior to the training session.

Cancellations

  •  Cancellations within 4 working days must be paid for in full
  • 75% of the full fee must be paid if a cancellation is made within 7 working days of the course date
  • 50% of the full fee must be paid if a cancellation is made within 14 working days of the course date.

ABC Dee Training reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Under these circumstances ABC Dee Training's liability is limited to a refund of any paid fees in respect of the cancelled course.

Liability


ABC Dee Training will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all information given in a training course is correct and accurate. ABC Dee Training cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused in any way from the use of this information.  In the event that the client is dissatisfied for any reason with the standard of training delivered, the client must put this in writing to ABC Dee Training within 14 days. This will be followed up with a call from a Director of ABC Dee Training and an appointment if necessary to investigate the matter further.


In the event that the client's recourse is justified, ABC Dee Training will provide the same training session with a different trainer, without charge to the client.

 

Re-Engagement of Trainer / Consultant

ABC Dee Training will continue to provide training services using the same trainer / consultant if requested. This introduction implies that the trainer / consultant cannot be engaged directly by your organisation for a period of 12 months from the date of the booking on the purchase order. In the event of any direct engagement of the trainer / consultant, ABC Dee Training will seek from your organisation an introduction fee of 20% of the annual fee or remuneration, VAT is payable in addition to any fee due. No refund of the introduction fee will be paid in the event that the engagement subsequently terminates.
