General Shortcut keys
- Ctrl + N = New File
- Ctrl + O = Open File
- Ctrl + F4 = Close File
- Ctrl + S = Save File
- Ctrl + P = Print File
- Ctrl + Z = Undo last action
- Ctrl + X = Cut
- Ctrl + C = Copy
- Ctrl + V = Paste
- Ctrl + A = Select All
- Alt key = accesses the Grabber Hand to move your page around with ease. This works in 2 ways:
- with Contents tool will select all contents of a text box
- with the Item tool will select all Items on a page
Text Shortcut keys
- Ctrl + A = Select All
- Double click on a word to select a word
- Triple click on text to select the whole line
- Four clicks on text to select a paragraph
- Five clicks on text to select the whole story - includes text in boxes linked to the box you start in
View Shortcut keys
- Ctrl + 0 = Resize page to fit the window
- Ctrl + 1 = Resize page to 100% view
- Ctrl + SpaceBar = Accesses the Zoom tool click to zoom in
- Ctrl + Alt + SpaceBar = Accesses the Zoom tool click to zoom out
